Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Susan Swimwear. We want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene liner intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or removed hygiene liners may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Swimwear without the original hygiene liner attached
  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and help resolve it.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still request a return after delivery if the item meets our return requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Delays and Undeliverable Packages

We do our best to ship orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.
